Meet Your Teacher

Bob Eng — Meditation Teacher & Wealth Advisor

Bob holds a doctorate from Harvard, where he studied moral psychology — the science of how people develop character, make ethical decisions, and find meaning. That research planted a question that would shape the next chapter of his life: what actually helps people flourish?

The journey from research to practice began with a simple curiosity: he was eager to understand his grandchild's inner experience of the world. That curiosity expanded to include his own first-person consciousness. In meditation, he found a portal to awareness — and a little wisdom.

That search led him to the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, a world-renowned meditation teacher known for bridging ancient contemplative wisdom with modern neuroscience. Bob completed the rigorous Tergar Meditation Teacher Program and is now a certified instructor of the Anytime Anywhere Meditation curriculum.

As both a wealth advisor and a meditation teacher, Bob brings a rare perspective: he understands the pressures of professional life from the inside and knows that real wealth includes peace of mind. His teaching style is warm, practical, and grounded — focused on what works in the real world, not just on the cushion.

Bob teaches the Anytime Anywhere Meditation curriculum as a graduate of the Tergar Meditation Teacher Program. Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is not the instructor of this course.

Complementary Practice: Anytime Anywhere Yoga

If you spend most of your day in your head — at a desk, in meetings, staring at screens — this short yoga practice is designed to bring you back into your body. It pairs naturally with the meditation course and requires no prior yoga experience.
